The CVCO55CXT series is a coaxial based VCO with an internal proprietary frequency doubler. This family has low phase noise for its frequency of operation (i.e., -103dBc/Hz @ 10KHz offset for a 5.4GHz VCO). Due to our very efficient proprietary frequency doubler, supply current consumption is less than 25 milli-amps. The harmonics are reduced to a typical value of -25dBc.
