Fort Myers, FL – March 23, 2012 – Crystek's CVCO55CC-2800-3075 VCO (Voltage Controlled Oscillator) operates from 2800 MHz to 3075 MHz with a control voltage range of 1.0 V ~ 15 V. This VCO features a typical phase noise of -104 dBc/Hz @ 10 kHz offset and has excellent linearity. Output power is typically +2 dBm.
Engineered and manufactured in the USA, the model CVCO55CC-2800-3075 is packaged in the industry-standard 0.5 in x 0.5 in SMD package. Input voltage is 5 V, with a max current consumption of 20 mA. Pushing and Pulling are minimized to 2.0 MHz/V and 4.0 MHz pk-pk, respectively. Second harmonic suppression is -15 dBc typical.
