While other companies are obsoleting their VCO products, we continue to innovate and improve on their performance. The new family will have the prefix CVCO55CCN and will have impressive low phase noise performance. Model CVCO55CCN-0795-0805 delivers -123 dBc/Hz at 10 kHz offset. Output power is +8 dBm while consuming only 35mA maximum, operating at +8Vdc. Supply pushing is 0.2 MHz/V typical and pulling is 1 MHz maximum. The VCO operates from -40°C to +85°C. Engineered and manufactured in the USA, the model CVCO55CCN-0795-0805 is packaged in the industry standard 0.5 x 0.5 in SMD package.
The CVCO55CCN-0795-0805 is ideal for use in applications such as digital radio equipment, fixed wireless access, satellite communications systems, and base stations.
