CRYSTEK CORPORATION has released the CVCO55CC-2450-2450, a new 2.45 GHz VCO providing -120 dBc/Hz phase noise at 10 kHz offset. This product is offered in the industry standard 0.5 × 0.5 inch SMD layout. Input voltage is 8 VDC with supply current of 35 ma typical.
