Fort Myers, FL - June 17, 2021 - Crystek's CVCO33CC-4000-4000 VCO (Voltage Controlled Oscillator) operates at 4000 MHz with a control voltage range of 0 to 3.3 V. This VCO features a typical phase noise of -100 dBc/Hz @ 10 kHz offset and has excellent linearity. Output power is 3.0 dBm minimum.
Engineered and manufactured in the USA, the model CVCO33CC-4000-4000 is packaged in the industry-standard 0.3 x 0.3 inch SMD package. Input voltage is 3.3 V, with a current consumption of 20 mA typical. Pulling and Pushing are minimized to 5.0 MHz pk-pk and 1.0 MHz/V, respectively. Second harmonic suppression is -20 dBc typical.
