Fort Myers, FL, January 2004 - Crystek Crystals Corporation has launched a new Ultra-Low Phase Noise HCMOS Oscillator providing -162dBc/Hz noise floor.
This high performance Oscillator is offered in a Clock version CCHD-950 and also in a VCXO version CVHD-950. Both are packaged in an FR5 9x14mm SMD package.
The new oscillator generates frequencies between 50MHz and 100MHz with 80MHz and 100MHz offered as standard. The extremely low phase noise performance is very useful in synthetic instrumentation such as VXI/PXI. Input supply voltage of 3.3Vdc consuming 15mA of current is required. Extended temperature operating range of -40°C to +85°C is also available. The Crystek Ultra-Low Phase Noise HCMOS Oscillator is priced at $12~$16 ea. in volume, depending on specification.
