NEW LVPECL CLOCKS AND VCXOs GENERATE FREQUENCIES TO 330MHz IN 5x7mm SMD PACKAGE

Fort Myers, FL, April 2004 - Crystek Crystals Corporation continues to raise the frequency domain with the addition of their LVPECL product line. Offered in both XO (CCPD-033/034) and VCXO (CVPD-034) configurations, the line generates frequencies from 77~330Mhz. These timing control devices were designed to meet today's requirements for +3.3V Differential LVPECL applications.

Crystek's LVPECL clocks and VCXOs use HFF Mesa crystals to produce low jitter (<0.5pS RMS; 12kHz to 20MHz) and low phase noise (-145dBc/Hz @100kHz) with no PLL multiplication. Clock version features ±25 to ±100ppm stability.

The CCPD-033/034 and CVPD-034 products are provided in a standard 5x7mm SMD package and are available on 16mm tape and reel in quantities of 100, 500 and 1,000 pcs. Extended temperature operating range of -40°C to +85°C and other custom specifications are also available.
