NEW ULTRA-LOW PHASE NOISE COAXIAL RESONATOR OSCILLATORS

Fort Myers, FL, February 2007 - Crystek Corporation has expanded its line of ultra-low phase noise Voltage Controlled Oscillators (VCOs) with a new coaxial resonator oscillator. The CVCO55CC-0827-0840 VCO operates from 827 MHz to 840 MHz with a tuning voltage range of 0.2 Vdc to 4.7 Vdc. This coaxial VCO features a typical phase noise of -124 dBc/Hz @ 10KHz offset and has excellent linearity.

The model CVCO55CC-0827-0840 is packaged in the industry standard 0.5-in. x 0.5-in. x 0.220-in. SMD package. It exhibits an output power of -6 dBm typ. into a 50 ohm load with a supply of +5 Vdc and a typical current consumption of 30 mA. Pushing and Pulling are both minimized to 0.05 MHz/V. Second harmonic suppression is -18 dBc typical.

The CVCO55CC-0827-0840 is ideal for use in applications such as digital radio equipment, fixed wireless access, satellite communications systems, and base stations.
