Crystek's CVCO55CX-1000-1000 VCO operates at 1000 MHz with a control voltage range of 0V~5V. This VCO features a typical phase noise of -135 dBc/Hz @ 10KHz offset and has excellent linearity.
The model CVCO55CX-1000-1000 is packaged in the industry standard 0.5-in. x 0.5-in. SMD package. Input voltage is 5.0 V, with a max current consumption of 30 mA. Pulling and Pushing are minimized to 0.05 MHz and 0.05 MHz/V, respectively. Second harmonic suppression is -10 dBc typical.
