The CVCO55CC series is Coaxial Resonator based to provide Ultra-Low Phase Noise.
It is designed for narrow band applications and offers frequencies from 380MHz to 3.5GHz.
Its technology also offers very Low Harmonics and Low Current Consumption with Excellent Linearity throughout its tuning range.
It is designed in our standard 0.50" x 0.50" package.

CVCO55CL VCO Series
This VCO is designed for narrow band VCO applications (up to10%). It offers frequencies from
30MHz to 1.7GHz, very Low Phase Noise, Low Harmonics, and Excellent Linearity throughout its tuning range.
Pushing and Pulling are reduced a minimum. It is designed in our industry standard 0.50" x 0.50" VCO package.
Extra Modulation Port VCO (0.50" x 0.50")
CVCO55CM VCO Series
The CVCO55CM contains extra modulation port (TX modulation) which makes an ideal choice for transmitter applications.
The modulation port has a negative slope and it is typically -25KHz/V.
This family is available in the frequency range of 400MHz to 1.2GHz in bands.
Wide Band VCO (0.50" x 0.50")
CVCO55CW VCO Series
This VCO series is designed for wideband applications. It offers bandwidths as wide as an octave and it is designed to meet frequencies from 50MHz to
3.5GHz while maintaining Low Phase Noise and Low Harmonics throughout its specified frequency range. It is designed in our standard 0.50" x 0.50" package.
Coax Frequency Doubling VCO (0.50" x 0.50")
CVCO55CXT VCO Series
The CVCO55CXT family is a coaxial based VCO with an internal proprietary frequency doubler.
This family has low phase noise for its frequency of operation (i.e., -103dBc/Hz @ 10KHz offset for a 5.4GHz VCO).
Due to our very efficient proprietary frequency doubler, supply current consumption is less than 25 milli-amps.
The harmonics are reduced to a typical value of -25dBc.
Low Noise Low Frequency VCO (0.50" x 0.50")
CVCO55FL VCO Series
The CVCO55FL series is intended for Low frequencies, between 75MHz to 450MHz in bands, but with extremely low phase noise. The harmonics are typically -20dBc.
This family exhibits low pulling characteristics and high power due to its internal buffer. The CVCO55FL comes in our standard 0.5"x0.5" package.

CVCO38 VCO is packaged in the super-compact 0.380-in. x 0.380-in. x 0.220-in. SMD package, achieving 42% space savings over the standard 0.5-in x 0.5-in package.
